For our office in Amsterdam, we are looking for a senior consultant who will:
Provide consultancy services to private and public sector, NGOs, and knowledge institutes on monitoring and (impact) evaluations;
Complement the team with quantitative research and evaluation methods;
Consultancy assignments and team lead, development of junior/medior colleagues;
Build and manage international client portfolio in the profit and non-profit sector.

Profile
The successful candidate has:
The successful candidate has:
- At least 10 years of working experience.
- Extensive advisory/consultancy track record of at least 5 years in the domain of monitoring social and environmental compliance and impacts of development interventions.
- Experience in conducting impact evaluation studies, especially including knowledge of quantitative methods (randomized trials), and experience in application 'on the ground'.
- Experience in designing and leading large scale population based socio economic surveys.
- Relevant academic background with excellent academic results. Excellent command of the English language. Additional languages are highly appreciated.

Employment is based upon 32 - 40 hours/week. The position implies occasional travel within Europe and to other regions.
