Purpose of the Position
To develop and manage the company's new business portfolio so as to ensure growth and sales targets are met. The successful candidate will be based in Dar es Salaam reporting to the Business Development Manager.

Qualifications and Experience
The successful candidate will possess the following minimum qualifications:
Degree in Business Management or any related field
Experience in Sales, Marketing and Customer Relationships especially in a Health Industry Minimum 3 years in a Middle Management in health services.
Proven skills in planning, budgeting, monitoring and reporting, human resource development and management and high level proficiency in computer use.
