CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY
The Canadian cooperation office is seeking Education Advisor to work as part of Canadian Development Cooperation team .:
The Advisor will provide technical support and advice to Foreign Affairs Trade and Development Canada (DFATD) in the development and implementation of a portfolio of projects in the sector. The position requires demonstrated competency and skills in the areas of critical analysis, oral and written communication; interpersonal and public relations; planning and organization; project management; problem solving and time management.
A minimum of a bachelors' degree from a recognized university and three years of cumulative, full time, professional work experience since January 1, 2005, in the Education sector in Tanzania is required.
Applicants must have full written and oral fluency in English; fluency in Kiswahili will also be considered an asset. Competency with Microsoft and other commonly used computer software applications is also required.
