POST: 1. Assistant Medical Officer (1 Post)
Reports to the Senior Medical Officer (SMO)

Core Job Description:
Administering medical care to ill, injured, convalescent or disabled patients and assisting the SMO on administrative plans

To asses and treat both out and inpatients also doing ward rounds
To attend medical and surgical emergencies
To provide clinical consultancy for the patient cases referred from subordinates
Assisting in developing and implementing medical care plans
To assist the SMO on general administrative functions
Any other duty that may be assigned by Senior Medical Officer or Corporate Affairs Executive
Officer

Personal Specifications
The applicant should have advanced Diploma in Medicine from recognized institute with a Certificate of Registration from Medical Board of Tanganyika. Also knowledgeable in computer i.e. MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint A will be an added advantage
