Primary responsibilities will include:
- Community management (Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin, internal social network)
- Ensure visibility and dissemination of UITP messages via different platforms (editorial planning)
- Monitor and report on visibility (Google analytics, SEO/SEA)
- Implement social media strategy and plan for the World Congress and Exhibition and communication campaigns
- Manage the internal social network (MyUITP)
- Train and stimulate our internal staff to be active on the web
- Follow up of communication projects
- Coordinate the creation of infographics with an external designer
- Backup for website manager: update websites, edit news, coordinate colleagues, liaise with web agency
- Editing of content
- Administrative tasks as part of the job
- Manage specific budgets
Ideal candidate will have:
- Degree in communication, web marketing or experience in similar function
- Experience in social media management
- Web writing skills
- Experience in project management or proven project management skills
- Native English speaker (working language) preferable, and French
- Excellent communication skills. Ability to understand, share information, convince a large public (internal and external contacts)
- Knowledge of Photoshop an asset
Practical Information:
- Position is based in Brussels
- The candidate will work in the Marketing & Communications Department and will report to the Marketing & Communication Director
- Duration: 7 months (December 2014 until July 2015 )
