Primary responsibilities will include:
- Conceive, develop, coordinate and manage UITP websites in coordination with external web agency and internal working groups on existing webistes (uitp.org, regional websites, event websites and internal social media network – MyUITP) and websites to be developed (new events, new campaign etc.)
- Coordinate with colleagues to define the main communication themes and define the working plan, integrate the communicaton material on the different communication channels
- Ensure visibility and impact of UITP messages
- Follow up of specific communications projects
- Edit content
- Manage website budgets
- Track record of creative ideas for developing corporate communications tools
- Administrative tasks as part of the job
The ideal candidate will have:
- Degree in communication would be an asset
- Experience in managing web projects and website management
- Basic knowledge of HTML and Photoshop a plus
- Web writing skills
- Experience in project management or proven project management skills
- Excellent level of English and French (working languages)
- Excellent communication skills. Ability to understand, share information, convince a large public (internal and external contacts)
- Experience in working with Google analytics a plus
Practical Information:
- Position is based in Brussels
- The candidate will work in the Marketing & Communications Department and will report to the Marketing & Communication Director
- Starting date : Mid-November until August 2015 included (9 months)
