Position: General Manager
Job Description
Trévo LLC has an opening for the General Manager position located at the Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania international office to oversee the home office in addition to 2 or more other satellite offices within Tanzania.
• Oversee operations of all Tanzania offices from home office in Dar Es Salaam
• Communicate daily with US office on updates pertaining to staff, product inventory, tasks assigned by corporate, etc.
• Coordinate with US Director of International Affairs to plan events, schedule meetings, facilitate travels for CEO
• Ability to delegate tasks to appropriate individuals to complete work
• Analyze for inefficiencies and propose to CEO ways to remedy for optimum office performance
• Represent Trévo at the corporate level to vendors, staff members, and the field
• Provide the highest level of customer service to field members

Position Requirements
Skills required:

• Excellent communication skills
• Availability for local and international time zones in order to complete tasks locally and for US office
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
Skills Preferred:
• Basic knowledge of network marketing business platforms
Level of Education Required:
• College level degree in Business and Business Administration. Also will consider degrees in: International, Public Relations, and/or Communications
