Position: Cutting Supervisor
Job Description
1. Supervising cutting machine area used for cutting of good quality pairs as predefined standards
2. Ensuring hourly transfer of bottom to pulling in assortments as per standards given by Production Manager and maintaining record of bottom transfer
3. Maintaining hourly production record in production log book (machine-wise) and maintaining rejection record in the same pattern.
4. Ensuring quality packing and transfer of bottom as per standards given by Production Manager.
5. Ensuring proper house keeping in the area used for cutting the machines
6. Ensuring discipline is strictly maintained at the Production floor , ie neither sleeping nor usage of mobile phones during the office hours will be entertained,
7. Ensuring cleanliness of the machines is done before shift ends.
8. Liaising with Engineering staff to get abnormalities in the machines rectified.
9. Ensuring start up of machines is done on time after shift changeover and lunch break.
10. Ensuring safety in areas surrounding the machines and work
11. Ensuring production output of cutting as per time cycle given by Production Manager
