Consultant to carry out an End Line Study for the "Wazazi na Mwana (WnM): Accelerating progress towards MDG 4 and MDG 5 through community based maternal, newborn and child health services, Tanzania" project.
Plan Tanzania is seeking a consultant to develop and conduct a robust and objective endline study for the Wazazi na Mwana Women and Children's health project. The key purpose of the consultancy is to measure a set of specific outcome indicators within the project Performance Measurement Framework (PMF). More detailed information is in attached Terms of Reference.
