Channel Sales Manager - Oracle University
Managing Oracle University's sales relationships with all training partners in and Africa (except Egypt and South Africa)
·         Growing African Operations total sales through leveraging Oracle University partners
·         Managing all partner escalations to satisfactory conclusion
·         Working with partners to develop and implement both business and marketing plans
·         Monthly reporting on partner performance
·         Implementing best practices from other countries
·         New partner development - identifying prospective partners and managing them into the business, ensuring both optimal sales and delivery coverage
·         Working with the Oracle's Alliance & Channels team, ensuring alignment with Oracle's other partners

Desired Skills and Experience

·         10 plus years experience in a Services, IT or IT Training Sales environment
·         Must have had account or partner management experience
·         Proven business acumen in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment
·         Ability to work in a virtual team environment involving Alliance & Channels Field Sales and other Oracle representatives
·         Good communication and persuasive skills in English, French and Arabic, all written and verbal
·         Proven ability to work through others
·         Professional with good organizational and planning skills
·         High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment
·         Knowledge of the African IT markets a mus
