CUSTOMER BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT/SALES (CBD) INTERNSHIP

Customer Business Development is responsible for delivering success for P&G in the marketplace. This department works with our retail and distributor partners to build their business with P&G brands. We believe that if they are successful, then P&G will be successful too.

The successful Customer Business Development (CBD) intern will be immediately given responsibility of leading P&G's business with one of our key customers. This may be a major retail chain or a distributor.

All roles will require candidates to take immediate ownership for this business with the possibility of interactating and collaborating with other people within and outside P&G.

To enable P&G's brands to succeed in the market place, the successful candidate will need to:
  • Identify how they can help build customers' business,
  • Convince the customer that these proposals are right for their business
  • Bring them to life in the market.

The candidate will have access to all P&G's resources to support in making this happen.

Qualifications 

A successful candidate is one who has completed the entire P&G Selection process. Therefore the candidates need to have completed and passed the below:

1. Online assessment,

2. Written & passed the Reasoning Test

3. Passed the P&G interview process.

Other Criteria

· Eligible candidates need to be studying towards a Degree

· Proven track record of leadership experience & team work

· Proven leadership experience through working with societies and/or

group projects

· Logical, Analytical & Strategic thinking

· Interpersonal skills (conflict, influence, negotiation, relationship building,

diversity)

· Good academic record

· Passionate about innovation and winning

· Ready to face a challenging experience
