HR Assistant (2-year fixed term contract) Haywards Heath £21,000 per annum
An opportunity has arisen in Sightsavers for a highly motivated individual to play an integral role in our Global HR team.
Our HR Assistants provide operational and transactional services to our employees and managers globally. The day to day administration support will include new starter and leaver processing, recruitment activities, reporting and maintaining the HR information system, essential to the success of the organisation. The international context we work in gives rise to interesting projects and development opportunities.
The successful candidate will have experience of working in a HR Assistant or shared service environment. They will have a clear communication style, both verbal and written and be highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and achieve against tight deadlines. Attention to detail is essential.
