If you have  at least five years' experience in a multi-functional administrative role supporting a programme or business team and covering budgeting, financial analysis and management as well as stakeholder engagement, then this could be your ideal next career move.
As a member of the leadership team for our Governance and Natural Resources Advisory Division, you will provide effective and efficient operational and management expertise including strategic planning, programme and project management and co-ordination of all administrative matters within the Division.
Supervising a team of three, you will be involved in recruitment; developing, managing, monitoring and reporting the annual budget; ensuring our systems are up-to-date and aligned; managing and facilitating services such as procurement, travel and contracts; liaising with section heads to support programme and project management; updating knowledge and databases as well as web content; and assisting with risk-management.
You must be degree-qualified in a discipline such as finance, accounting, project management, business or strategy and possess professional qualifications in, for example, finance, accounting, public administration or HR. Technologically savvy, you must have excellent interpersonal skills, particularly written and oral communications; strong strategic-thinking and operational planning capabilities; and acute financial accounting, budgeting and analysis abilities, all supported by an outstanding organisational and administrative  approach.
