As part of our investment in Tanzania, we are setting up a centrally computerized controlled Cement
Manufacturing Plant near Mtwara, Tanzania with its own clinker manufacturing facility.
We are looking for Seasoned, Experienced and Qualified Professionals in following disciplines to be members of our Group and grow with us
Purchase Manager/Officers - Graduate Candidates, must be having experience of at least 8
years in procurement of spare parts for Mechanical, Electrical, instrumentation &etc for a large
industry
Group Security Officer - Recently retired armed forces office of rank equivalent to Colonel
Safety Officer-Graduate with OSHA Level-II Certificate and having at least 5 years' experience.
Head Human Resources - Management Graduate in Human Resources and having at least 15
years' experience in a senior position at large manufacturing Industry.
HR Officers - MBA/Graduate in relevant field with 5 years' experience in a large industry
Surveyor - Graduate with five years' experience in detailed land survey work
Geologist - Graduate with 5 years' experience in either Limestone or Coal exploration work
Medical/Paramedical Officers -MBBS with 8 years' experience and 3 years for others
Horticulture Officer - Relevant Degree/Diploma with 5 years' experience
Stores Manager/Officers - Degree with at least 5 years' experience in a large industry
Logistics Officers - Graduates with 8 years' relevant experience
Weigh bridge operators /Officers Graduate with 5 years experience
Quality Control Officers - 3 vacancies. Graduates in Chemical Engineering with 5 years or
Science Graduates with 8 years' experience in a Cement manufacturing plant.
