Evaluator

Norwegian People's Aid is looking for two experienced evaluators to carry out an evaluation of two NGOs, Youth for Development and Mousawat, working respectively on youth vocational training and rehabilitation services for people with disabilities targeting mainly Palestinian refugees and Lebanese disadvantaged groups. The two project-activities were directly implemented by Norwegian People's Aid up to June 2012. In June 2012 the two organisations took over the projects. NPA has, since 2012, funded close to 100% of both organizations management costs and supported their project activities.

A clause in the MOU's with the organisations sets as condition for transfer of assets and properties, that the organisations must be able to establish sustainable projects and activities within a timeframe of 3 years. (Ref. MOU between Mousawat and NPA and Youth for Development and NPA)
