MTN Rwanda Roaming Administrator

MTN Rwanda seeks to recruit a highly competent and self-motivating individual to join its Marketing Department at the position of Roaming Administrator, reporting to Marketing Operations Senior Manager.

Brief details of core job responsibilities:

• Handle agreements and negotiations with new potential roaming partners.
• Negotiate with the existing roaming to include Data and Camel roaming in the agreement.
• Manage the relationship with roaming partners globally.
• Updating Roaming Agreements.
• Scheduling test and commercial launch dates.
• Working closely with IREG Engineer to ensure that all scheduled tests and commercial launch dates agreed with Roaming partners are adhered to.
• Be the focal point of all roaming related queries from in and out bound roaming customers as well as from roaming partners.
• Liaise with technical team and roaming partners in resolving customer complaints and giving appropriate feedback to the customer.
• Update Roaming partners lists.
• Working closely with the Group Roaming Hub for implementation and any other roaming related relations.
• Prepare roaming related reports.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor´s degree in areas of specialization such as; Marketing, International Business, Statistics, Economics, Finance or Commerce.
• At least 2 years of working experience of Sales or Marketing in FMCG environment
• Good knowledge of the Roaming business in a telecom environment
• Proficiency in IT systems (particularly in telecom operations)
• Excellent customer management and communication skills
• Valid Driving License
