With 25 operational branches in Tanzania, DTB is now looking for capable and qualified individuals to fill in the following positions:-
.Manager - Sales (Head Office-Dsm)
Reporting to Head - Retail Banking, the incumbent will be responsible to provide business justification. for the marketing strategy through development of creative tactics.
Key Responsibilities;
Lead a team of Marketing officer at branches for enhanced sales.
Development of effective sales strategies of banking products and CASAl Time deposit.
Managing Sales promotions, marketing and campaign processes for the organization.
Maintaining good customer relationship with high value corporate and individuals.
To ensure that customer needs are timely met.
Offering competitor, business and market analysis.
Cross selling of other banking products including credit, forex services and asset products.
Educational qualifications
• University graduate preferably in Business/Management.
• Experience & competencies required
• 5 years minimum experience in sales/marketing position in a commercial bank.
• Strong evaluation, communication, presentation and reporting skills.
• Able to provide advice and cause/effect evaluation to support business decision making.
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills.
