Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

​The position offers the opportunity to:

•  Further develop your Traffic Engineering and Modelling skills 
•  Work with experienced teams delivering a variety of traffic, safety and transport planning projects 
•  Work on a diverse range of domestic and international projects including traffic network planning, development master planning, transport and traffic operations and transport infrastructure planning 
•  Work with an energetic and motivated team of professionals in a great environment. 

With a passion for shaping traffic solution outcomes, you will be involved hands on with the technical assessment and documentation for projects. Over time, this position will allow you to develop your management and client relationship skills. You will work alongside experienced traffic and transport professionals assisting you to develop your skills and enhance your career. 

Other Requirements

The key attributes essential for success in this position include:

 

•  Relevant Tertiary qualifications (ideally with a Traffic/Transport major)
•  Excellent verbal and written English skills
•  Three to five years' experience in a traffic engineering and modelling role 
•  Familiarity with SIDRA and other transport modelling software such as CUBE, SATURN, VISSIM, AIMSUN
•  Knowledge and experience within the Australian market
•  A commercial commitment to complete projects on time and within budget 
•  A proven ability to actively contribute to a team of professional staff
