Cardno JFNew is seeking a Restoration Senior Project Manager in our Monee, IL office.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
> Services as Project Manager and/or Principal In-Charge for large, complex restoration projects ($500,000+)
> Drive restoration operational practices such as scheduling, equipment procurement, risk assessment/ management, and quality control/ safety standards
> Identify, lead, and foster national restoration pursuits
> Accountable for contracted scopes of services, deliverables, project budgets, scope changes and schedule commitments
> Handle client relationships with minimal supervision, contribute to add-on work from existing clients, and help identify and cultivate new client relationships
> Support business development resulting in over +$750k - $1M in new revenue each year
> Implement good business practices, such as proactively preventing task or project write-offs, limiting non-bill time on tasks and projects, and quickly review/approve draft invoices
> Communicate with group leaders about project status, revenue forecasts, and contract conditions
> Participate in Business Development activities, such as proposal/ estimating preparation and client meetings
> Manage proposal efforts (+$500,000) with minimal supervision, prepare task scopes and budgets for projects, and make important contributions to landing larger projects
> Adhere to corporate policies, operate through the proper management channels, and act in the best interest of firm
> Responsible for budget and resource forecasting for large restoration projects
> Ensure projects are consistently completed within quality, budget and project expectations and that appropriate project controls are developed and administered
> Conduct post project analysis to determine profitability and production rates to assist in future go/no go decisions

Minimum Requirements:
> Report to office 1-3 times/ week
> Daily communication and coordination with field supervisors
> Willing and able to travel overnight 35% of the time
