Providing viable business solutions to customers and demonstrating their value. Handling complex problems and/or co-coordinating work which may extend beyond own area of expertise. Sharing expertise. Anticipating client needs, investigating underlying causes and identifying short and longer-term solutions; creating and leading business development.
Technical area includes 3G Core & Liquid Core. Main products include MSS, MGW & IMS.

Position Description:
- Understands customer environment and needs. Identifies and develops related Nokia Business opportunities for sales funnel strength
- Builds, maintains and supports customer relations as agreed with AM and/or CT Head
- Drives the case forward. Captures customer's business requirements, drives the exploration and resolution of the customer's pain points
- Can act as solution owner (when so agreed with Solutioning Lead in CT) for cases falling in own scope
- Sales support within the CT including solution selling, value argumentation, responding to tenders
- Ensures that the solution offered is fit for purpose and delivers the requirements.
- Works together with Bid Manager/CSSC or performs bid management activities, leading bid creation streams as agreed
- Provides product / solution configurations and related IRP pricing data, including creation of SW Monitoring Invoicing data when applicable (usage of NSN pricing sheet / CSP catalogs)
- CSP user as agreed in role
- Provides solution case learnings to global knowledge management repository
Desired Skills and Experience
- 7 - 10 Years experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Working knowledge of Nokia Core portfolio
- Preference will be given to experienced Core applicants
- Preference will be given to local candidates
