Graduating from college or higher, specialized in the field of telecommunications, to understand the laws of Tanzania. Articulate, presentation capabilities thinking fast, with a strategic vision. QUALIFICATION

·         Must hold Degree and above of Telecommunication, law and Information Technology.

·         Must be fluently in speaking English language.

·         Must be flexible to work under different cultural environment.

·         Must be above 25 years old.

·         Must be retired in any government or non government organization.

EXPERIENCE

Must have an experience not less than 4 years in working environment.

There are extensive relationships with government agencies and non-governmental.
