Leader
•Active participate in team meetings
•Is responsible for own development by actively preparing and participating in his or her own appraisal meetings in the performance management cycle and participating in in training and development activities.
•Meets frequently with the marketing manager and other relevant members of the consumer and marketing department.
•Forms relevant functional relationships at all levels in the Organization
Manager
•Works according to Tigo people policies and procedures
•Ensures that relevant information is received, delivered and transferred on time
•Interprets the feedback for relevant functional areas and converts them into action plan
Ambassador
•Contributes to tigo's Network (s) in own area of expertise
•Makes optimal use of external service suppliers and authorities in own are of responsibility
Entrepreneur/Advertising and Media Management
•Responsible for executing media strategies and plans
•Responsible for giving necessary support in the process of brand communication (Advertising) development in collaboration with the Advertising and Media Manager.
•Responsible for generating productive relationships with media providers and brand ambassadors
