Marketing Administrator
Job description 
Supporting various aspects of the Multibrands UK marketing and communication activities, enthusiastically supporting the UK Product Marketing Manager and the Events Co-Ordinator to:- Develop and maintain future external communicationsSupport the distribution network with daily material requests Help improve our presence via our distributors websites Assist with new product introductions and conference events for all brandsImprove the loyalty of our distribution chain through timely communications and Mission

Key Responsibilities 
Maintain/co-ordinate stock of point of sale material such as giveaways, literature and other marketing material. To follow the systems we employ to ensure the continual management and traceability of these sales tools.Develop and maintain customer lists for all brands to be used in all future communications. Priority on making sure the information held is current and strategically managed to ensure easy and effective communications and that potential branding conflicts are minimised.Manage part of the ABAC Email Enquiries inbox and ensure a timely response from the correct department.Undertake the deployment of all direct mailing such as price lists, brochures and newsletters and any regular communications to our internal organisation as requiredAssist the marketing team in campaigns, direct marketing, PR, advertising and other activities as part of the marketing strategy. Be point of contact' for supporting all ASM's and Authorised Distributors with daily literature/image requirements in line with protocol.Ensure that all communications are deployed in a professional way and to an extremely high standard in accordance with the individual 'brand manuals' and guidelines.Regularly monitor distributor websites and bring to attention any improvements/changes.Attend internal meetings relative to marketing as requested, bringing progress reports on major tasks and highlighting web improvements required. Carry out Sales support duties for the internal sales teams. This may include some or all of the following;Generate specific correspondence on behalf of the ASM'sAnswering incoming phone calls and processing orders if requiredProvide support for business meetings, such as organising and maintaining refreshmentsUndertake ad-hoc projects and tasks as required by the business

Experience requirements 
Experience in the compressed air industryExperience in Marketing or PR Sales experience and understanding of selling valueExperience with current communication tools such as Mail Chimp, Facebook, Twitter

Educational requirements 
Is educated to GCSE Level standard or equivalentHas good PC Skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Adobe or equivalentHas experience working with Information systems including e-connect, e-purchase, BPCS & SAP or equivalentHolds a current driving licence

Personality requirements 
Lives within a commutable distance of Base - Bicester Office.Open to personal development trainingPrepared to visit our satellite offices in the UK if requiredWilling to stay away to support UK events or to travel abroad for specific training purposes (very limited)
