- Manage the deliveries of equipment, consumables and parts in an efficient and professional way- Support our customers, the sales and service teams in a pro-active way with accurate information about the delivery times - Maintain optimum relationships with the Product Company to maximize the satisfaction of our customers.- Communication with customs authorities and brokers on operational issues that arise when declaring goods- Preparation set of documents for customs clearance ( import the goods)- Goods receipt and support to accounting department- Monthly reporting and delivery performance
Опыт работы
- Thorough knowledge of all logistic processes involved (operational and analytical) - At least 3 years experience in different logistic domains of which at least a few years of operational experience

- Knowledge of specific of International trade, shipping documentation for internal and external transportation - Knowledge of customs clearance routines - English upper-intermediate and higher - Russian language native / fluent - Advanced knowledge of SAP
Образование
- University Degree preferably in Logistic or equivalent in experience
