Job Description
We are looking for a Junior Key Account Manager within our Sales & Marketing Team for Belux. (office location Machelen Cargo). As junior Key Account Manager Pharma you are responsible to increase the business with Pharmaceutical and Healthcare customers and acquire new customers. This challenging function includes the following responsibilities:
  • Maintain current business by conducting regularly customer reviews on different levels with a professional follow-up.
  • Gain additional business from existing customers or from new customers by promoting and developing temperature controlled products and services.
  • Create and update internal and external customer presentations, product and other customer related documentation.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of existing and new temperature controlled solutions/services with the related operational departments from a commercial (customer) view.
  • Conduct marketing and communication activities towards Pharmaceuticals and Healthcare customers as well as KN internal (Luxembourg and other KN sites).
In this position you will work with a strong sales and operational team. You will report directly to the Sales & Marketing Director of KN Belux.
Requirements For Candidates
  • Bachelor degree in international forwarding and logistics or equal level by experience.
  • 3 years of experience in a sales / sales support job within international forwarding and/or logistics.
  • Language skills: English, Dutch, French excellent speaking and writing skills.
  • You can demonstrate operational industry knowledge and experience on Pharma and Healthcare Logistics within a sales process.
  • You have an excellent commercial acumen based on: advanced active listening skills, firm analytical skills to discover the needs of customers, consultative selling skills and a proactive customer service mindset.
  • You have a high level of organizational skills and self –motivation.
  • You are able to work in Machelen Cargo and are willing to travel national on a regular basis.
