Responsibilities
- Executional standards are met brilliantly
- Ensure that Diageo gain market share.
- Ensure distribution of our premium brands
- Ensure that On Trade investments are maximizing
- Very strong knowledge of the On Trade (HORECA) channel
- World class selling skills
- Understanding of the best way to approach commercial opportunities at different customers
- Ability to quickly build strong relationships with both direct reports and customers
- Strong coaching capabilities
- Proven ability and passion to build and deliver on development plans
Qualifications and experience required
- Degree is mandatory.
- 6-8 years sales experience in an FMCG environment. Experience in managing teams. Experience the HORECA is a plus.
- Good knowledge of English, spoken and written; Portuguese as a mother tongue
Barriers to Success in Role
- Lack of management skills
- Lack of proactivity to find solutions
- Not have winner attitude
