Coca-Cola believes that by helping to remove two of the biggest obstacles to startups – funding and ability to scale – we can create a new wave of exponentially growing startups.
Co-Founders will partner together to setup a new local, legal entity that will be owned and operated by the Co-Founders. Coca-Cola and the Co-Founder entity will enter into an agreement for services to be rendered by the entity.
Qualifications
The position will focus on idea generation and will partner with the Co-Founder Business Manager to form a lean, highly collaborative team:
- Entrepreneurial and collaborative - Excels working in fast paced environment
- Track record in building successful startups - Bootstraps and moves quickly
- Energized by complex, big problems - Strong influencing and communication skills
- Adept at visualizing and prototyping - Creative problem-solving approach
- Proven ability to deliver projects - 5-7 years demonstrated work experience

- Leading the new business model innovation process by building new ideas and businesses
- Generating, developing and pitching new ideas
- Discovering latent, unmet needs or unsolved "problems" to inspire idea generation
- Creating compelling ideas that clearly define a consumer value proposition, delivery model and profit model with exponential growth potential
- Quickly ideate, incubate, and advance ideas with highest potential for exponential growth.
- Building relationships with external entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, agencies, universities, R&D partners, NGOs, and other networks to advance open innovation
