This position will be reporting to the HR Technology, Insights, and Process organization, and is responsible for partnering with COEs, HRBPs, and HR Services to provide best-in-class solution support. In this role, the HR Technology Business Analyst will be required to interact with business users and IT, understand technical details, and implement appropriate solutions. The HR Technology Business Analyst I, Production Support has accountability for addressing HR user application support issues, driving system utilization, performing system testing, and completing system documentation.

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years technical experience in HR, HRIS, or Payroll supporting applications and solutions; IT and Shared Services experience a plus

• SAP HR
• IT or process improvement certification preferred

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Business System Analyst I is responsible for, but not limited to the following responsibilities:
- The HR Technology Business Analyst will be responsible for providing daily monitoring and support of HR systems/ interfaces and will be a liaison with CCR IT and the HR Service Center to resolve any incidents and business issues.
- In addition, this role will be responsible for working with various internal and external stakeholders to recommend or support requests for new functionality.
- The candidate must be able to work independently and with cross-functional teams, to analyze and solve problems, and to ensure timely, accurate completion of critical business needs and requests.
- Drive operational system utilization by resolving or assigning HR user application support issues
- Provide the liaison between CCR IT and the business to analyze and escalate urgent issues as defined by SLAs
- Create change requests and direct CCR IT support staff on HR system configuration changes to address and resolve business needs; this includes changes and enhancements to comply with legal and regulatory updates as well as system related business process improvements
- Complete functional testing by preparing test scripts and leading HR user testing teams for configuration changes, service pack installations, and system upgrades
- Through training, documentation, and communication, ensure HR users understand global standard HR processes, optimize system usage, leverage application benefits, and comply with data standards
- Promote global, standard, scalable processes supported by enterprise-wide applications (e.g. SAP, non SAP, and third party applications)
- Partner with the Learning organization to design and deliver end-user training
- Advocate for HR management to leverage in-house solutions and applications for data sourcing and reports
- Offer consultation in determining and defining HR data standards
- Develop and test business continuity plans annually
- Assist with acquisition, merger, or realignment activity for HR functions
