POSITION: RESOURCING LEAD
Reporting to: Head of Human Resources
Location: Dar es Salaam
Job level: AVP
Purpose:
To ensure effective resources management of within the business through focused resource planning, recruitment and selection and succession planning and implementation of initiatives in line with the business strategy.
Main Accountabilities;
Resource Management 60%
• Create Resourcing plans to meet needs of demand plan and ensure sign-off from Head of HR, Ensure subsequent delivery of plan within agreed SLA
• Senior stakeholder Management and Line manager interface for specific hiring needs
• Full accountability for the delivery of the plan
• Management of candidates from attraction through to offer, start and beyond
• Ensuring the resourcing global standard is adhered to
• Support the global pre-screening standard
• Accomplish assessor and especially in volume assessment practice (if appropriate to that area)
• Management of Third Part liaison, agencies and job boards
• Candidate pipelining
• Ensure the HR system on recruitment is updated regularly
• Liaise with HR operations to ensure that the organizational Management tool is updated regularly
• Report on SLA metrics and success measure on a timely and regular basis
• Work across the resourcing community, ensuring appropriate support and liaison
• Be able to assess internal and external talent
• Report regularly to the Head of HR on a key performance metrics
• Ensure cost effective channels are used at all time.

• Proactively education and train line manager to ensure they are technically developed and coached in all aspects of resource management.
• Build effect relationship influencing and motivate the business unit headstand line manager to ensure their wholehearted commitment to effective resource management.

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION ESSENTIAL
• Degree in human resource management or relevant professional qualification and evidence of continued professional development.
• Full range of distinctive capabilities and at least 70% of technical capabilities.
• 3 years HR generalist experience
• Significant resourcing experience in higher paced high delivery environment.
• Ability to work under pressure, plan, coordinates and prioritize activities, self-discipline and motivation.
• Awareness of the value and importance of equality& diversity
• Excellent understanding of importance of equality& diversity
• Business partnering experience
• Post graduate qualification.
