The client is a highly reputable Hybrid Vegetable Seed producer with excellent record in producing quality products. We therefore are interested to recruit an energetic, creative, agricultural passionate individual.

Job Title: Assistant Operation Manager

Work type: 1 year contract which will be renew in a permanent if applicant is proven to be successful

Report: Operation Manager
Objective of the Role:
Responsible for specific greenhouse operation activities such
· Quality assurance of produce and process
· Farm management in cooperation with operation manager
· Management of environmental control system & adhere to the company standard and regulations in general.
· Supervision of Enza Zaden Employees in cooperation with Human Resources office.
Job General Description:

Education Qualification:
· First Degree in Agriculture. A horticultural degree will be considered a pre.
· You must be fluent in English and Swahili
· Computer literate

· Ability to work well in a team
· Leadership ability
· Be able to lead by example

· Desire to develop and learn
Experience:
2-3 years experience in the similar or related position.
