The Benjamin William Mkapa HIV / AIDS Foundation (BMAF) is a Trust an not or profit organization with a vision to be a hub of innovation in quality health services delivery in Tanzania. Its strategic focus areas is to strengthen prevention, care & treatment of HIV / AIDS; Maternal New Born health; Human Resource for Health and build its institutional capacity for technical leadership and sustainability.
To implement the 5 years Strategic Plan (2013 - 2018), BMAF seeks for a committed, self-driven, dynamic and competent qualified candidates to fill the vacancies below:

Head Of Business Development Unit (Re-advertised)

The ideal candidate will plan and implement BMAF's business development strategies so as to ensure Institutional sustainability and growth of its programmes. This will entail overseeing resource mobilization initiatives that are related to securing finances and non- financial investments for creation and implementing BMAF programmes.
The job will also, coordinate internal and external communication with all stakeholders, and spearhead business development. Tasks involved in this job are multi-complex and are combined with a need for strategic planning, wide networking and effective coordination.
An ideal candidate will have experience of at least 5 years in similar or related role.
The candidate should posses-s a first degree plus professional qualification [preferably in economics or business management and administration)

INTERNAL AUDITOR (LA) -Re-advertised)
BMAF is looking for an Internal Auditor to provide internal audit, risk management and corporate governance services that will provide assurance that an organisation's main business risks are being managed and that its internal control framework is operating effectively.
He / she will provide independent and objective opinions on the Foundation's operations and reports to be submitted periodically to the BMAF Management and the Board of Trustees, including the Audit & Finance Committee.
He or she will conduct operational and financial audits as well as systems and process reviews of the Institution including its programmes and/ or projects.
The ideal candidate should have a First Degree in Accounting and Finance and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), with 5-6 years of experience in audit, investigative auditing skills, knowledge of risk management, corporate governance concepts, models and controls. It is essential that you have the ability to build effective relationships with other departments. You should be self-motivated and have the ability to work on your own in order to complete the audit plan.
