Responsibilities:
i. Pro-actively hunt for target organizations and establish communications with those businesses that can benefit from our Company's services;
ii. Further develop multi-tier relationships to organically grow the clients' accounts;
iii. Build referral and lead generation network, develop the corporate brand strategy, manage marketing tools and collateral for existing and new clients;
iv. Implement business models so as to create new ventures;
v. Forecast long and short-range market potential;
Adopt a hands-on approach in monitoring the implementation and execution of marketing programmes, build Relationships with existing customers and deliver a positive customer experience while acquiring new customers;
vi. Target high revenue segments in view of upgrading and widening our customers' base, study customers 'profile in order to propose selective products and services,
tune to new strategies at any time to adapt to market behaviours;
vii. Optimise use of available resources for maximum efficiency;
viii. Locate merging market areas/niches and identify their insurance orientations and set up clients' database for reference and contact;
ix. Act on field-findings to develop exclusive products to outperform competitors in terms of price, quality, services, etc so as to maintain customer satisfaction and fidelity, follow up on leads and referrals resulting from field activity and achieve yearly target set.
x. Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.
xi. Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
xii. Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.
xiii. Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.
xiv. Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
xv. Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
Experience:
At least 5 years' experience in Health Environment related to
the financial sector.(Health sector - General business would be an advantage).
Professional qualification in Marketing and/or Masters of Business Administration, Sales & Marketing.
Skills/Qualifications: Closing Skills, Motivation for Sales, Prospecting Skills, Sales Planning, Selling to Customer Needs, Territory Management, Market Knowledge, Presentation Skills, Energy Level, Meeting Sales Goals, Professionalism;
Report on competitors, market conditions and provide input for product development. .

Analyse statistics and participate constantly in development of neVJ strategies to remain competitive.
Assist management in developing the appropriate product line for specific target market based on market and company's requirements.
