The Finance and Administration Manager will provide oversight for all finance, grants, human resources, IT, procurement, logistics and administrative aspects of the program. S/he will ensure that project resources are effectively and efficiently budgeted, analyzed, disbursed, monitored, and reported.
Qualifications: Master's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Management, or Accounting. At least 10 years' experience in the financial and administrative management of donor-funded programs in sub-Saharan Africa, preferably on large-scale USAID programs.
