Records Management Assistant
The Institute of Social Work (ISW) is a government higher learning institution established by the National Social Welfare Training Institute Act, No. 26 of 1973 as amended by written Laws (Miscellaneous Amendment) Act No.25 of 2002. The Institute invites applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill the following vacant job posts.

Records Management Assistant

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Receiving in coming correspondences and files.
Classification and boxing of documents for office uses.
Classification and reconciliation of records to suit needs of users.
Monitoring the movement of received documents.
Classification and interpretation of received documents for office uses.
Sorting out going correspondence in accordance 'with instructions and dispatch.
Dispatching outgoing mails (e.g. to post office) in time.
Assembling flimsy copies and files for monthly circulation.
Performing any other duty as assigned.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Diploma in record management provided by Tanzania Public Service College or any other recognized Institution with computer knowledge and working experience of not less than three years.

REMUNERATION
Attractive remuneration package in accordance with the salary scale of the 'Institute

Interested candidates should apply enclosing certified copies of academic transcript and certificates, birth certificate, one current passport size photograph and an up-to-date detailed Curriculum Vitae (CV) with at least two referees. Certificates from foreign universities should be verified by the Tanzania Commission for Universities (TCU).
