NATURE OF SCOPE
I. Tanzania Authority (TPA) was established under the Ports Act No. 17 of 2004. The Authority is vested with the obligation and responsibility of developing managing and promoting Maritime Sector in Tanzania mainland



II. In light of the above, TPA invites applications from suitably qualified and competent applications to fill the following vacant posts

1.0. JOB TITLE: LEGAL SERVICES OFFICER - 6 POSTS

1.1. Station: Headquarters, Dar es salaam : Salary
Grade: TPGS 6

1.2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.2.1. Keeps safe custody of Company contracts confidential documents and securities
1.2.2. Attend to routing correspondences requiring legal redress
1.2.3. Implements legal defense and prosecution strategies for cases in which TPA has interest
1.2.4. Assist in gathering information and evidence on cases involving TPA and complies the necessary information as required
1.2.5. Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time

1.3. Job specifications

1.3.1. Academic/Basic Qualifications
(i) First Degree in Laws
(ii) Computer literacy

1.3.2. Working experience
(i) At least one year in the field

2.0. JOB TITLE: PROCUREMENT & SUPPLY OFFICER - 6 POSTS

2.1. Station: Headquarters, Dar es salaam
Salary Grade: TPGS 6

2.2. Key Responsibilities

2.2.2. Attends to routing correspondences requiring legal redress

Mkurugenzi Mtendaji wa Halmashauri ya wilaya ya Ushetu anatangaza nafasi ishirini na mbili (22) za kazi

Maombi ya kujaza nafasi yoyote kati ya hizo yanakaribishwa kutoka kwa Mtanzania yoyote mwenye sifa hizo zilizotajwa katika tangazo hili

1. MTUNZA KUMBUKUMBU MSAIDIZI DARAJA LA II - NAFASI 2
Majukumu
i. Kutafuta kumbukumbu/majalada yanayohitajika na wasomaji wanaohusika
ii. Kuweka majadala katika makundi
iii. Kuweka kumbukumbu (barua, nyaraka, n.k) katika majadala
iv. Kudhibiti upokeaji, uandikishaji wa umbuukmbu/nyaraka

Mwombaji awe na sifa zifuatazo
i. Awe amehitimu Elimu ya kidato cha Nne (IV) au sita (VI)
ii. Awe amehitimu mafunzo ya Utunzaji wa kumbukumbu angalau katika ngazi ya Cheti katika mojawapo ya fani ya Masjala

Majukumu
i. Awe amehitimu kidato cha Nne (IV) au Sita (VI)
ii. Aliyehitimu mafunzo ya Astashahada/Cheti katika moja ya fani zifuatazo-: Utawala, Sheria, Elimu ya jamii, Usimamizi wa fedha, Maendeleo ya Jamii na sayansi ua sanaa katika chuo cha serikali za Mitaa Hombolo, Dodoma au chuo chochote kinachotambuliwa na serikali

Vigezo na masharti ya jumla kwa waombaji

i. Mwombaji awe raia wa Tanzania
ii. Awe na umri usiozidi miaka 45 na usiopungua miaka 18
iii. Maombi yote yaambatanishwe na nakala ya cheti cha taaluma, nakala ya cheti na kidato cha nne/sita, maelekezo binafsi yanayojitosheleza (CV) ikiwa na anuani, namba za simu za kuaminika pamoja na majina ya wadhamini (Refees) watatu (3) wa kuaminika na picha mbili (passport size) za hivi karibuni (ziandikwe jina kwa nyuma)
iv. Vyeti vyote vya Taaluma na kidato cha nne/sita ni lazima visithibitishwe na Hakimu au wakili anayetambulika na Serikali. Aidha uwasilishaji wa taarifa na sifa za kugushi wahusika watachukuliwa hatua za Kisheria na mamlaka zinazohusika
v. Mwombaji yeyote ambaye hatazingatia mojawapo ya masharti au vigezo tajwa hapo juu, maombi yake hayatashaughulikiwa
vi. Watumishi ambao walikwisha kuajiliwa hapo awali serikalini na kupangiwa vituo vya kazi maeneo mengine wasiombe nafasi hizi za kazi kwa kuwa hawataweza kuingia kwenye Payroll ya serikali
vii. Waombaji wote waambatanishe nakala ya cheti cha kuzaliwa
viii. Maombi yote yaandikwe kwa lugha ya Kiswahili
