Key Responsibilities
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support the Millicom Foundation team in their day to day activities and across a wide range of tasks
• Work independently on a clearly defined project, with the support of the team
• Focus areas include but are not limited to – external and internal communication, country project monitoring in Africa and LATAM and partnership development

Position Requirements
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
• High performer with outstanding university record in a relevant subject
• Interest in mobile and digital innovation
• Interest in social development in African and LATAM
• Understanding of the use of Social Media (especially Twitter)
• Fluency in English. Working knowledge of Spanish and/or French is an advantage (but not essential)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint

• Strong execution and action-orientated
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Great communication skills
• Flexible and able to multitask
• Attention to detail and very organised
