The Field Operations Manager is responsible for Onsite Field Operation activities of the Resource(s) and/or resource elements in the Network. This includes field equipment such as Radio equipment (eNodeB), transmission equipment (e.g. Mini-Link), and other equipment that may be deployed

Field demand manager
The Field Operations Manager is responsible for Onsite Field Operation activities of the Resource(s) and/or resource elements in the Network. This includes field equipment such as Radio equipment (eNodeB), transmission equipment (e.g. Mini-Link), and other equipment that may be deployed
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible and accountable for the end-to-end regional operations assurance and optimization activities towards the customer
- Based on the contractual SLA and KPI, operational manage any WLA with ASP / ARP in the region
- Follow up on the KPI and initiate actions to correct any deviations, involving the other functional areas as needed (e.g. weekly exclusions). Validate performance penalties with the customer and the contract manager in MSIP
- Plan and allocate assigned staff to fulfill end-2-end 24/7 service delivery with all central and global delivery units
- Build up the required competence according to contract obligation in line with the needed delivery
- Responsible to carry on the assigned instances as part of the governance model
- Continuously drive for efficiency, improvements and excellence in service delivery

Qualifications & experience
- Academic degree in Engineering, Technology, or equivalent (B.Eng., B.Tech, HND)
- A second degree preferably an MBA will be an added advantage
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a manager in either telecommunications vendor or mobile operator environment
