Oversee for the recruitment of tigo pesa agents, identification and selection of agents location and management of sales freelancers in the allocated regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that new agents receive all the tools they require for start-up (i.e. starter pack, BTL materials) and make sure tigo pesa activation within the regions is efficiently done.
- Responsible for the audit of agent locations in the allocated regions and will provide weekly report of agents recruited and the performance of the Sales Freelancers to the MFS Go to Market Manager.
- Responsible for key KPI's such as transaction, revenue, float availability, cash availability, product and KYC/AML awareness, product quality and availability of BTL materials
- Deliver training on product knowledge and KYC/AML to agents prior to launch and then on a need-to basis thereafter.
- The RAC will ensure that all administrative issues pertaining to the agent including but not limited to contract signature, training, refresher training, supply of agent logbooks, supply of promotional and BTL materials as may be required are taken care of in a timely manner.

Position Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, commerce, Finance, marketing or other related subjects.
- 3 or more years of experience sales and Distribution jobs or other related fields.
- Masters in Business Administration, Finance, marketing is an added advantage
