The Network Quality Assurance Engineer role is to identify and ensure the implementation of the Key Strategic initiatives to improve the overall Quality of Experience within Tigo across all the points of interaction with customer across factory (Networks/Products) and commercial Departments. Making sure that the quality is part of the day today job of everyone.
Key Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Planning and implementing the required programs to address the strategic Quality challenges across Tigo business
• Implement required processes and initiatives to improve Tigo's Brand perception in the Market
• Implement strategies to improve Tigo's customer Experience Management
• Assist the Head of Strategic Quality in changing Tigo's culture into Quality brand and Quality Network
• Ensure quality control within the products life cycle
• Perform other tasks or reports that he may be assigned

Position Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Telecommunication or Electrical Engineering
• 2 -3 years' experience in Network improvement
• Knowledge in GSM, WCDMA cellular technologies, Broadband technologies, Numerical and MS office Skills
