Precision Air Services Plc is a fast growing private Tanzanian airline which operates in Partnership with Kenya Airways, with its strategies to expand wings beyond East Africa and Africa. In order to keep our services at a higher level and meet our customers' maximum satisfaction, we wish to invite applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill in this challenging position.
POSITION: CUSTOMER RELATION EXECUTIVE
REPORTS TO: CUSTOMER RELATION MANAGER.
DUTY STATION: DAR ES SALAAM.
ROLE PURPOSE STATEMENT: Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through feedback management, trends analysis, coordinate a disruption management team and recommend service improvement

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSBILITIES
• Timely response to direct customer feedback and outstations to ensure customer satisfaction
• Offer service recovery that enhances customer loyalty and business retention
• Guide business on service improvement initiatives based on customer feedback trends
• To assess and recommend claim settlement through analysis of customer feedback
• Organize customer forums through market segmentation and analysis to identify unique customer needs
• Coordinate disruption management teams to ensure proper and timely service is accorded to inconvenienced customers
• Carry out customer satisfaction surveys and service audits to identify trends for better strategic planning
• Prepare and submit OTI reports vs. passenger uplift for purposes of performance measurement at the HUB
• Any other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE
• College degree
• Customer service training
• 3 years customer handling experience
• Computer literacy
• Written and verbal communication skills
