Come September 2015, we're offering another 15 performance-driven, aspiring leaders an opportunity to embark on the journey of a lifetime.
Your role
During 18 months, you'll experience the array of cultures that form the Sandvik world, while at the same time learning about our business and exploring the excitement of the manufacturing industry. The program provides challenging and rewarding opportunities in which you will be enabled – and expected – to actively contribute to keeping operations at the forefront in our innovative environment. You will take part in projects of strategic importance, while gaining knowledge about Sandvik and obtaining practical experience of our way of doing business.
Your profile
Apart from being a high performing professional with a Master's degree, you are an open-minded, dedicated and diligent professional with high aspirations, and a thirst for knowledge. Working in a diverse and international environment intrigues you, and your passion to succeed comes with a solid sense of self-motivation, as well as a determination toset the industry standard. Through your high level of emotional intelligence and exceptional communication skills, the program will not only grant you valuable insights in our business operations, but a global network packed with cutting-edge expertise.
Required attributes:
- Master in Business, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Excellent English skills, written and spoken
- Ability and willingness to travel globally
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Legal authorization to work in the US for any employer, without requiring visa transfer or sponsorship
