Tanzania Media Women Association (TAMWA) is a non-partisan, non-profit sharing professional media membership Association legally registered. It's vision is to see peaceful Tanzanian society which respects human rights from a gender perspective.
The Association is looking for qualified candidates to fill the following position;
TAMWA is looking for the bellow mention person
Program Officer (1 Post)
Level of Education: Degree
Criteria's/requirement
· Work experience of not less than 3 years in CSO or media Organization.
· Computer literate.
· Ability to work effectively and efficiently with minimum supervision and sometimes under tight deadlines.
· High level of interpersonal skills.
· Excellent written and spoken English and Swahili.
2. Duties and Responsibilities:
§ To design programs for advocating the Association's Vision, Mission and Strategic Objectives
§ To monitor and evaluate the impact of the implemented advocacy and outreach strategies
§ To coordinate and evaluate assignments given to conveners
§ To supervise, coach and mentor interns.
§ To undertake any other duties as assigned by the Executive Director.
