SALES EXECUTIVES - BUILDING MATERIALS

We are looking to hire a Tanzanian national for this role – Applications will be rejected if you not a Tanzanian National.

Apex Steel is a 35 year old Kenyan based Steel manufacturer and distributer of building and construction materials. The Website is www.apex-steel.com 

Apex Steel has built a sustainable client network in the Mwanza region of Tanzania. We are now looking to hire a Sales person to manage these customers and invite more new customers to join us.

Currently the Mwanza customers are mainly wholesalers purchasing mainly roofing sheets. We would like to extend that customer base and product range to increase.

Apex Steel is committed to supplying product and pricing training and is looking to hire a person with Business to Business Sales experience in the Heavy Goods, Construction, Engineering or Building Materials trade.

You will require experience in selling, closing and increasing turnover.

Main Duties:

Planning Sales routes.

Meeting wholesale customers and following up.

Establishing new clients.

Closing/range selling.

Setting and meeting targets.

Desired Skills and Experience

Minimum 2 years Sales experience in Business to Business Sales experience in the Heavy Goods, Construction, Engineering or Building Materials trade.
