JOB PURPOSE
You will be part of the Africa Department in Millicom, based in London office. The role will support the regional technical team (Factory) in business analytics and project reporting.

Key Responsibilities
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support the service assurance department track and analyse key quality and customer experience indicators
• Assist in evaluating capital and operational expenditures requirements from African subsidiaries
• Work alongside the regional planning team on the creation of commercial viable entities and rollout forecast and monitoring
• Assist in the analysis of capital and operational budget and forecast
• Support the coordination of consumer and business services delivery projects
• Assist in the preparation of management and decision-making reports

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Education: First degree in computer science/engineering or related fields. An MSc/MBA would be an added advantage.

Languages: Fluent in English. Spanish and/or French are a plus.
