Desired Qualification: Graduate in Hotel Management/ Hotel & Restaurant Management
Experience 5 yrs to 10 yrs
48 000 USD per year plus Profit Share & Bonus, full Accommodation & Laundry, all meals & drink's, yearly ticket to Europe, medical coverage, car. Contract for minimum 2 years or longer
Desired Skills and Experience
Responsible to manage end to end operations and for resort profitability Responsible to manage, train and motivate resort team and staff. Responsible to comply with all procedures and standards as set out in the staff manuals. Responsible to ensure excellent communication between resort management team, and with resort staff Responsible to check all fire safety documentation is in place and adhered to. Responsible to ensure health and hygiene standards are met Responsible to maintain a high profile within the resort Responsible to have regular positive contact with guests throughout their stay Responsible to make sure that the resort operation cost stays within budget Responsible for organizing management team duties Responsible to build an operating environment to ensure the highest level of personalized customer service and maximize guest satisfaction Responsible to handle customer complaints and comments, address problems and troubleshooting Responsible for arranging and conducting weekly meetings with staff and with resort management team. The manager also has the duty to carrying out disciplinary procedures when necessary and supervision of staff accommodation to ensure standards are being adhered to.
