Junior Legal Consultant for the Netherlands

Enhesa is seeking a legal consultant to assist in the coverage of the Netherlands.

The main responsibilities of the successful candidate include:

• Researching EHS law, regulations and policy in the Netherlands;
• Monitoring existing and draft EHS law to alert industry on future requirements; and
• Preparing written reports allowing industry to measure regulatory compliance.

NB: The job is a full-time position in Brussels.

The successful candidate should have:

• Master of Laws Degree with specialisation in environmental law and/or health and safety law;
• Strong analytic research and writing skills with a demonstrated ability to research and analyse law and policies;
• Fluency in English and Dutch;
• Interest in and understanding of EHS law and industrial processes.
