TFU - District Manager Perú Provincias


TFU - District Manager Perú Provincias Through excelling in continuous monitoring of key business indicators and under the supervision of the Area Manager, the role consists on proposing and aligning strategies/tactics that secures meeting volume, profit, share objectives for our business upcountry Peru. Furthermore, the role needs to secure that bottler's commercial team embrace defined strategies and leads the process of converting them into concrete action plans to be implemented with excellency in the market.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Through a deep understanding and a continuous monitoring of key business indicators, identifies and actions opportunities to deliver Volume, Profit and Share targets for entire portfolio in upcountry provinces.
  • Support creation of Commercial Strategies (includes OBPPC, RTM, Brand/Pack launches, Execution, Market Activation, Market Assets Investment Plan) and ensure direct manager alignment.
  • Supports alignment process with Bottler.
  • Participates and supports operating routines with bottler including business planning process.
  • Create, design and manages specific given commercial projects under supervision of Area Manager.
  • Supports the development and implementation of capabilities, seeking, learning and sharing worldwide best practices within KO and Bottlers organization.

Competencies and Skills:

  • Solid Understanding & Knowledge of commercial functions and ideally of The Coca-Cola System / Market, and functions.
  • Deliver results.
  • Strong Project Management.
  • Proven Interpersonal Skills (exerting influences) resulting in capability of working with multi-functional/company project teams.
  • Financial sensitivity of business economics.
  • Multitasking.
  • Confident; positive winner's attitude.
  • Flexible, capable to manage business relationships with diverse audiences, levels of the organization, and provinces.

Communication Skills:

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish.
  • Easy to understand and quick to learn.
  • Presence that conveys confidence, respect and trust.

Professional Experience:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven record of delivering results in commercial roles.
  • Consumer and/or Shopper Marketing, Category Management, Commercial Finance, or Trade Marketing experience.
  • Field experience advantageous.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Industrial Engineer.
  • Master's Degree advantageous.
