Marketing Activation Manager - Japan



Marketing Activation Manager - Japan Lead the development of effective and innovative national and channel/local promotion programs that promote consumers purchase intention and off-take at the marketplace, based on the brand/channel strategy, in order to maximize the sales volume, share and profit.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:
・ Developing effective sales promotion programs and communication tools based on the brand/channel strategy to achieve expected results.
・ Managing and reviewing assigned sales promotion budgets for assigned sales promotion.
・ Coordinate communications between bottlers/Coca-Cola Customer Marketing Company Limited (CCCMC) and Japan bunisess unit for planned activations' maximum execution at the market
・ Actively managing and creating innovative ideas and creative solutions
・ Tracking, reviewing and analyzing promotion results/effectiveness
・ Coordinate efforts and communications across all concerned parties to successfully implement promotion
・ Managing to develop national promotion creatives based on Brands' CCI (Core Creative Idea)

Supervisory Responsibilities:
・ No (Individual Contributor)

Language Capability:
・ Native level of Japanese
・ Business level of English

Experience, Skills and Qualifications Required:
・ 4+ years of work experience in sales promotion program development or sales (especially for convenience stores, supermarkets or drug stores) at FMCG company or PR agency required
・ 5-10 year full-time working experience required
・ Good IT/computer literacy (e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) 
・ Project management skills
・ Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

Minimum Educational Requirements:
・ University degree –at least 4 year university degree required
