QUALITY MANAGER NETWORKS
Summary
Ensure TTCL's quality standards are achieved in the area of Network services, through the proper alignment of people, processes and technology.

Reports To:- Head Quality Management

Duties  
1. Monitors projects implementation to ensure standards are complied within the Network Services like Operations and maintenance, network development and Information services
2. Reports on project progress and compliance issues and suggests remedial actions.
3. Designs and mapping of effective business processes pertaining to Network Services and improves existing ones in line with company objectives.
4. Works with the Quality management team to ensure integration and coordination of processes.
5. Maintains updated documentation on processes and disseminates to users to ensure clear interfaces across functions.
6. Takes custody of all official documentation either originating from Network group or other Company departments.
7. Participates in Companywide Quality management initiatives with the Quality management team.
8. Develops quality awareness in the organization through campaigns, internal communication channels and formal training.
9. Provide leadership to the section by demonstrating the corporate values taking accountability for the actions and results of self and others in the section, being a champion of positive change and continuously working to improve all aspects of the operations of the section, department and TTCL at large.
10. Provide inputs as required to TTCL's corporate planning processes and developing sectional objectives and functional plans that support the achievement of TTCL's corporate objectives and the TTCL Strategic Business Plan.
11. Accountable for the development of employees and ensuring the section has the skills and resources necessary to accomplish sectional objectives
12. Accountable for performance management of employees including setting objectives, regular feedback on performance and coaching and mentoring to improve performance and maximize employee job satisfaction.
13. Accountable for developing section budget within the framework of the corporate budget and monitoring and controlling sectional expenditures to meet the budget and maximize the effective use of TTCL's financial resources.

Qualifications
1. A university degree Post graduate qualification and or training in quality assurance will be an added advantage. 2. At least 2 years in the telecom industry in a supervisory role 3. Computer Literacy, excellent interpersonal & presentation & training skills. 4. Sound understanding of process management & excellent written and verbal communication.
