Group Manager, Connection Planning & Media - Japan Connection planning of core brands
・ Lead Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) of one or two core brands
・ Plan, buy and review of 20 bil JPY media DMI
・ Lead monthly bottlers media meeting by presenting media plans & media-related business opportunities with 8 bottlers

Key Duties/Responsibilities:
・ Connection Planning
- Responsible for managing development of connection plans/execution/buying plans for core brands. Connection plans should be in line with global IMC 3.0 thinking with Liquid & Linked contents and 4 connection principles to cultivate consumers' conversation. Eager to learn from global market successful plans and to share CCJC plan to be recognized as best-in-class. Specific responsibilities include collaborating with brand teams and KO system partners in the upstream strategy process to develop comprehensive rollout strategy to achieve the business objectives. 
・ Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) leading
- Manage IMC team as a leader of various functional players (brand, CE, iMarketing, MA, CK&I, Region, Bottlers)
- Inspire IMC members to develop a holistic IMC plan with L&L model, and facilitate an efficient planning process with IMC Factory.
 Media Investment/ Buying Management
- Responsible for managing best media performance as KO System. Special responsibilities include developing short & long-term media strategy and operational plan for traditional media as well as social media. Also include building strong relationship with agency partners and media vendors, and for managing negotiation process to keep improving the media performance especially television, OOH and digital.
・ Bottler Alignment
- Responsible for contributing the System engagement as a representative of CCJC media. Special responsibilities include monthly/ quarterly/ annual meetings with region/ bottlers to share long-term strategies, latest media plans and general updated information of media industry.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
・ No (Individual Contributor)

Language Capability:
・ Native level of Japanese
・ Business level of English

Experience, Skills and Qualifications Required:
・ 7 + year work experience in connection planning required 
・ 7-12 year full-time working experience required
・ Media buying knowledge/experience to execute connection plans required 
・ Expertise in media management; traditional media & digital media required
・ Good IT/computer literacy (e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) required
・ Good project management skill
・ Excellent Leadeship, interpersonal and organizational skills
・ Work experience in ad agency or media vendors is a plus (digital would be preferable)
・ Strong network with media vendors (television, print, OOH, digital, etc) a plus

Minimum Educational Requirements:
・ University degree –at least 4 year university degree required
